Källsjö - Ullared - Gin
A SIP OF NATURE
Källsjö Bryggeri & Smaksmedja recently launched Ullared Dry Gin and their Elderflower Gin – described as a well-balanced Dry Gin that captures the nature of Halland in a bottle. The Dry Gin offers clear juniper notes, fresh citrus, and floral, botanical tones thanks to hand-picked local botanicals such as meadowsweet, polypody, yarrow, spruce, and birch. “A sip of nature,” is the concept.

Källsjö is already known for its award-winning non-alcoholic products, which have been served at the Nobel Banquet as well as at some of the most innovative restaurants in the Nordic region. With the launch of a gin, the label became a crucial detail, as it is often just as much a part of the experience as the liquid itself.
